About DFA
Established in 2010, Desta for Africa Creative Consulting (DFA) is a private limited company based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.The word DESTA stands for Developing and Educating Society Through Art and also means ‘happiness’ in the Ethiopian language Amharic. We are a capacity-building company specifically geared towards elevating cultural productions, media professions and image production throughout Ethiopia. In addition, our main goal is to utilize culture and art to create self-sustainable opportunities to promote development in Ethiopia.
